Claire Franklin is the principal of Real Clarity Consulting, a specialised property management software consultancy.

Since 1998,  Claire has specialised in software for the Property and Real Estate Industry. 

Her expertise in software products includes the following: Investment Valuation, Development Appraisal, Property Management and Property Accounting products.

During six out of the last ten years Claire worked at the software vendors so understands fully the needs and pressures they face in today’s market.

The remaining four years Claire has been a consultant on the other side of the fence – at Private Investment Clients, Managing Agents and at Property Occupiers – so understands that the software needs to be up and running yesterday, under budget and needs to perform somersaults to please – even though that was never specified at procurement!

Claire is particularly interested in data migration projects, and data transfer between projects.
